Want to embed a tweet in a blog post or a page? I’m proud to introduce the WordPress plugin called Tweeted.
Install it and then use the follow syntax to embed tweets:
[tweeted]http://twitter.com/Dingman/status/65846956592861184[/tweeted]
That would input something like this:
[tweeted]http://twitter.co/Dingman/status/65846956592861184[/tweeted]
There are two themes, one light and one dark, so you can adjust to fit your theme, or you can completely skin it yourself. It’s easy to customize.
It also fully pulls in tweet and stores it locally, so even if Twitter goes down, you don’t lose the tweet.
